Hello | Labels & Icons | Spellbinders

 Hello crafty friends!

Today I’m sharing a cheerful and colorful card—perfect for sending a warm hello or a sweet handmade greeting using the gorgeous Simple Stories Crafty Babe collection by Spellbinders, combining the Labels & Icons die set, Embossing folders y Betterpress plates

For this card, I used the Labels & Icons dies from the Crafty Babe collection by Spellbinders. I love how the heart and flower shapes work together to form a mini grid collage that feels like a photo portrait.

I chose a soft pastel color palette—pink, aqua blue, and mustard yellow—it gives a fresh, playful look. Although I initially planned to create a shaker card, I decided to explore layering and dimension instead, and I’m so happy with how it turned out.

For the background, I used the Perforated Stamp Edges embossing folder (April release). I enjoy working with embossing folders—they’re easy to use and add a beautiful, professional finish to any card.

The central “hello” sentiment was pressed using the Sweeping Script Sentiments BetterPress Plates in Betterpress black ink
I truly love this set—the script style is delicate, clean, and modern.

To finish, I used a vertical white A2 card base and added a few clear rhinestones for a touch of shine and reflection.

I love when different techniques and products come together so seamlessly. This card is simple, joyful, and has a modern twist thanks to the embossed texture, layered die-cuts, and elegant BetterPress sentiment. I love it!!

Thanks so much for stopping by! I hope you enjoyed my cards and will give this gorgeous collection a look!
