Digi Choosday Tuesday - Birthday Wishes!!

It's Digi Choosday......!

 

So over at Digi Choosday this week the challenge is "Buttons"

Here's my creation:

 I used papers and boy image from the  the Work and Play 3 collection, used the colored digi....the Birthday Wishes sentiment is from Stamp Doodles Set, I used my SB Nestabiliities Label 1 to die cut the image and layered on top of the dotted red border and start are blue background! I used the button to surround the diagonal corner and add some white and black twine tiny bow to accent the buttons.

 I love the outcome of this card what do you think?
