Happy Birthday {Scrapy Land Challenge #42}

Welcome to a New Scrapy Land Challenge!!!

 

Our theme challenge is "Lots of Layers" + use any of the 40 brand dies that the store carries. 

Here's my card:

All papers used from my stash and used  Spellbinders Nestabilities Oval Scallop and Sizzix Oval dotted die, used embossing folder to embossed the bottom part and cut out the Light blue Swirl to accent the ovals on top. The Happy Birthday sentiment was inked using navy marker the stamp is unknown. The bottom edge was cut using Fiskars border. I love the outcome of this cute Birthday Card which can be use for girl or boy.
