Rain or Shine {Scrapy Land Challenge #19!!}

Hello and Welcome my Bleeps Friends,  is time for another  Scrapy Land Challenge! 

The theme for this Challenge is: "Anything Goes"

using any dies that SL carries any brand.

  the winner will receive a $15 Gift Certificate to use on the Scrapy Land shop.

Here's my card:

I made a very CAS and bright card and named it: Rain or Shine!!

All Papers are left over on my desk from previous cards i made.  Card base white 4.5" x 5.5",  I die cut  twice using Umbrella Dies from Impression Obsession, and die cut using spellbinders circle scallop used the positive and negative side of the die cut shape. 

Isn't this card adorable ??
