Whereever you go {Scrapy Land Challenge #59}

Is time for a new  Scrapy Land Challenge.

The theme for today's challenge is  "Anything Goes" 

and need to use any of the 40 dies brand Scrapy Land carries.

 

Here's my card:

 I started my 4x5 vertical Size white cardstock, I made a top layer with navy CS and embossing using a lder die cut on white cardstock my FAV Spellbinders circle I use a one this cute image and watercolor it using prinsmacolor ans pastels and adhered to the top using double side tape to add some depth to the front of the card and added the cute banner hanger on top using some twine.
