Scrapy Land Challenge #21 {Wishes for YOU}

Welcome to another Scrapy Land Challenge!

The theme for this Challenge is: Anything Goes -using Dies

Here's my creation:

 For my card I used the beautiful Spellbinders Nestabilities Labels 14 die cut from red cardstock and placed over CS background layers made with washi tape and the green doted die cut made with Penny Black;s creative dies Dots & Swirly.  Accent it with a few red circle and some green sequins
