Here's my take on for this month sketch: 

Used scrap papers from y desk,  the flowers were cut using my Silhouette Cameo 3 and then assembly, stamped sentiment from Birthday flower set from Simon Says Stamp using Black Jet Memento Ink.
Here's a detailed picture of the flowers and the sentiment.
