OCC Card Sketch.

Hi my Blogfriends!!! I have a few things to share with you....let start with:
My card using the recent card sketch from Our Creative Corner- SASSC40:

When I first looked at the sketch I didn't know which images or paper I was going to use.... so I start looking thru my batch of paper and stamps and I came across this beautiful snowflakes paper with a beautiful color combo, so I incorporate dotted blue to a white base card and began from there adding my panels. I add some glitter to both snowflake and attached my dotted red and white ribbon- here's another pic:

I stamped Happy Holidays on red with white ink and add it to the center of my three panels...I really like how it turned out and love very much the color combination!!!

If you would like to see what the others did go over the Our Creative Corner Blog to watch.

Thanks for visiting !!!

Giving Thanks!

An Inspirational Challenge from Our Creative Corner

I was supposed to get inspiration from this picture...... In my country (DR) you can't find pumpkins like that, we can find some sort of big round squash (we called it Auyama!); the first thing I noticed in the picture is that is a family of pumpkins outside in the woods maybe.... so that made me thing of my family and how Thankful I am to be a part of these family, Thankful for each and everyone of them... so I decided to make a Thank You card to thanks for my family's my take:

Card details:
Cardstock: double size cardstock (orange-violet), brown and lime green
Stamps: chick -Imaginisce; Thank you -HA
Ink: Olive green - Staz-On
Other: bird wreath, flower and brads from Thanksgiving kit, fiskars border punch
Making this card made me realice that we have so much to be thankful for, and sometimes we spend so much time compleining about foolish thing instead of spending time with our love ones.
Thanks for visiting!! See you soon...

Delightfull Christmas!!

Hello Friends:
Here's my take.....
I followed the SASSC 39 Sketch Challenge featured on the OCC Blog.

I did change it a little bit, I made it vertically since my Precious Moments boy stamp was vertically. As you can see my card is very simple but colorfull, and the paper used was too.
I add some glitter to light bulbs.
Card details:
Cardstock: Brown
Paper: Christmas light bulbs
Ink: Staz-on black and Watercolor pencils
Stamps: Delightful Chirstmas from Stampendous
Other: fiskars corner scissors, red ribbon, fiskar cutter glitter and fiskars border punch.
Did you take out your Christmas decorations yet??
See you around...

Soccer Candy Boxes!!

Hello my Blogfriends!!

Here's a candy box that I did for a kid of a friend of mine who loves to play soccer and was turning 10th last friday.

At first I wasn't sure what to do, because he wanted to be small- not lots of candy!

Then remember that I a few months ago I did a box like this for a friend to add some cards.... and I said this is it!!!

I printed them out, and began my journey also print out soccer balls and paste them to the front of my box; and finally add the blue ribbon to close them.

I had so much fun do this boxes and so mine team at work!!!
